Sun City Shadow Hills is located just north of Hwy 10 at the Jefferson exit.  Sun City Shadow Hills is an active adult community and is the newest Sun City development in the desert.  This project is being built by Pulte Homes.  Pulte has stated that there will ultimately be approximately 3200 - 3500 homes when complete. 

This beautiful new community offers 18 holes of golf. The new Montecito Clubhouse is beautifully equipped with a state of the art fitness center, billards room, dance studio, indoor and outdoor pools, spa, tennis courts, and bocce courts.  This community offers many clubs and social activities throughout the year.
