Sun City Palm Desert is located just north of Hwy 10....the main entrance is on Washington Blvd.  Sun City Palm Desert is an active adult community featuring two 18 holes golf courses (36 holes), three beautiful clubhouses, three restaurants, one indoor pool and four outdoor pools, tennis courts, bocce courts, two state of the art fitness centers and a very popular 18 hole putting course that residents and guests may use without additional fees.  In addition to the fantastic facilities there are approximately 80 clubs and numerous social activities and events throughout the year.

The community is made up of approximately 5000 homes.  The last homes being built in 2002.  There are approximately 20-30 different floor plans that range is size from 1,000 sq. ft. to 3200 sq. ft.   Prices vary depending of size of home and location.  Homes located on the fairway generally have a lot premium of $100,000 - $170,000.
