Leasing Services are provided at three levels of service depending on what is required by each client.  The following is a short summary of these services:

Leasing a home for a 6 to 12 month period - Emert Properties through our marketing efforts will locate a qualified tenant by actively promoting the property.  The home will be placed in the Multiple Listing Service, advertised on our website, and advertised in the Desert Sun.  We also place a lockbox and sign on the property and promote the home to other agents.  We screen any interested tenants, collect the first months rent and security deposits and forward the proceeds to our client.

Leasing a Home plus Property Management Services - Emert Properties through our marketing efforts will locate a qualified tenant by actively promoting the property.  The home will be placed in the Multiple Listing Service, advertised on our website, and advertised in the Desert Sun.  We also place a lockbox and sign on the property and promote the home to other agents.  We screen any interested tenants, collect monthy rents, arrange for repairs and cleaning services and forward proceeds to our client.

Leasing a Seasonal Home and Property Management Services - Emert Properties through our marketing efforts will locate qualified tenants by actively promoting the property.  The home will be placed in the Multiple Listing Service, advertised on our website, advertised in the Desert Sun and advertised on vacation home sites on the internet.  We place a lockbox and sign on the property and promote your home to other agents.  We screen any interested tenants, collect monthly rents, arrange for repairs and cleaning services and forward proceeds to our clients.
